Pont Jacques Chaban-Delmas, situated between the Chartrons region and Balcalan region of Bordeaux, is a vertical-lift bridge over the Garonne. The bridge was inaugurated in March 2013 as the longest bridge vertical-lift bridge in Europe of its time. What a beauty!
