Perissa, a coastal village on Santorini island, known for the Perissa Black Sand Beach. Within walking distance, the Church of the Holy Cross. This is a Greek Orthodox church. I hear that some people are lucky to have been into the church. We were there for more than an hour but the gates were still shut without anyone in the compound. Admiring through the gates, the building looks stunning with blue dome and whitewashed matching the blue sky.

This area has the most exquisite sunset onto the whitewashed houses carved into the rugged clifftops and overlooking the vast caldera filled with water. This is one popular spot where many couples would love having their wedding photos taken.
