Exploring Kanazawa

The weather was not really in our favor when we arrived at Kanazawa and neither was it on our second day. It rained so often that we eventually got used it and were fortunate that we traded thick winter jackets for raincoats whilst packing in Perth.

I am more than grateful that the weather was in our favor on our final day in Kanazawa. We purchased a One-Day Pass for unlimited rides on Kanazawa Loop Bus. 

Tip: Tickets can be purchased from Transportation Information Center outside East Gate of Kanazawa Station. The Bus Ticket Counter opens from 07:00hrs to 19:00hrs. It is permissible to purchase the One-Day Pass in advance – Adults 800 yen; Child 400 yen. For more information, visit Kanazawa Loop Bus Official site. Don’t bother trying to study the routes for the Left Loop and Right Loop buses as they are practically no differences except direction of the route from the Bus Terminal.
