Komatsu Airport

Komatsu Airport is situated about 10 mins bus ride from Komatsu Station in Komatsu. The Airport is accessible by airport bus from Kanazawa station and also Komatsu station.

Though it is a small domestic airport, the customer service is awesome. From the check-in crew to the restaurant, the service is always with a readiness to help, curiosity to know where travelers are from and service with a smile.

It has been a pleasure watching how airport staff work as a team to support the operations of the airport. The engineers working with the pilots to ensure that the propellers are rotating well one by one, the check-in staff getting on the tarmac to guide passengers to board the planes and airline crew guiding passengers towards their seats. Everything was just so systematic and organised to ensure that flights depart on-time.
